GLC is an advanced discipleship and ministry formation school designed to develop whole leaders who are hungry for Jesus, awake to their calling, and equipped to serve in church, family, and the workplace.

Weekly Rhythm

  • Wednesdays | 6:00–8:00 PM (in person)
  • Ongoing ministry practicum

Structure

  • 8-week trimesters (6 months total)
  • Weekly teaching, discussion, and spiritual formation
  • Ongoing ministry practicum

Cost

  • $200/month per individual

Who It's For

This school is designed for:

  • Leaders serving or preparing to serve at The Gathering
  • Ministry leads and future pastors
  • Those who feel the call to ministry
  • Leaders who will be sent (church planting, missions, college-bound students)
  • Workplace leaders and emerging chaplains
  • Those who lead wherever God has placed you

Outcomes

Participants will grow in:

  • Grow in spiritual formation (prayer, devotion, sacramental life)
  • Learn to study scripture through an expository approach
  • Develop leadership capacity internally and externally
  • Be equipped for ministry service or licensing
  • Experience deep community and relational formation

There will be NO morning service this Sunday, September 20th.

Instead, join us at 5 PM for God Wants You Back! This service will take place rain or shine, and we are so excited and expectant for an incredible evening as we welcome our community.
