1935
Faith Pentecostal Church was founded
1940  Purchased first building on 40 South Bridge St.
1944  Bought 105 Market St. and joined Assemblies of God
1956  Leadership of Rev. Ira Elliot expanded to 103 Market St.
1958  Name changed to Faith Assembly of God
1963  Moved to 91 Hooker Ave.  1976  Rev. Ellis and Bettie Damiani started Melody Land nursery school  1981  Started Faith Christian Academy
1986  Built Spackenkill campus
2000  Pastor Jones was elected
2011  Bought Casperkill campus
05/01/2022  Pastor Jones was named Pastor Emeritus
05/15/2022  Pastor Sam was elected as Lead Pastor
04/30/2023  Name was changed to The Gathering at Faith Assembly
